sorry i will try hard to explain more clear my priority date is july 20 does that mean to say that the schedule of my flight if Gods will going to US is before the priority date or it doesnt matter before or after the priority date.

Is it necessarily that a person need to flight going to US before the priority date that the USCIS given?

Why it takes very long?thanks again.
