Remember the 180 days (not 6 months, 180 days) you can stay in the USA is per 365 days not per calendar year.
So if you choose to go the K1 route (do your research on both the CR1 and the K1 routes and see which one suits you both the best) you can still visit, but as you were required to provide proof of ties to Canada, you should ALWAYS bring proof of your ties to Canada when you visit. You can be denied entry still as it is up to the individual officer each time.
