    finally got that SSN! So, just because you check "yes" on the DS-230 to automatically send a SSN doesn't mean it'll actually happen. Lesson learned.

      exactly! tell me about it! Husband has been here since May 15th and still nothing!! I think we finally got it fixed at the ssa office and hopefully itll come this week. Grr

      I was looking through past timelines and it looks like it takes like 6 weeks or longer :-( I just want my husband's SS card to get here :-(

      In my case, it took 26 days for my SSN and 33 days for my Green card. Good luck!! :)

      Thanks! We got 3 copies of the welcome letter on Friday (thanks USCIS) all with different dates on them so I guess we have a while to wait still.

      thanks, i hope so. we don't have any red flags about our relationship and we've been living together since before we were married but i still worry. what if the CO is having a bad day or something? ugh, can't wait til it's all over.

    Medical appointment was a nightmare! Still trying to get all the vaccinations. Starting to freak out a little with only 19 days left before the interview. AH!
