    What's on your mind?rt.of naturalization and cert.of citizenship?my husband is a filipino born and now a us citizen.he lost his cert.of citizenship.noe im confused what to get?because i have seen images that a naturalization cert is different from citizenship.help.thanks

    my husbands cert.of naturalization was lost.we need this for my childs CRBA.the problem is,my visa is on hold because they need to see her CRBA.applying for a lost cert.of naturalization will I think take a year.we have a photocopy thou.is this acceptable?what should we do?depressed now.help pls

      Call or Find out how to request for a new Naturalizaton or i think it's called Citizenship certificate. In the meantime why not contact the office where you need to see if Photocopy is ok. Don't wait just start working on it. if they want original than i think in the past mine took about 2 weeks

      i think so. this was many years ago when i misplaced my Citizenship certificate. i payed the fee and got it in 2 weeks, i think...

      anyways good luck ! Better do it now than sit and think about it. :-)

      Your visa will be sent to you only if you will proviide the document that they requested for you to provide.Just send to them the document and wait for their response.

      -(coz my husband would send me money before we got married for the wedding preparation)... also maybe you can give then affidavit of bona fide marriage by third party (in my opinion its better if you have more than 1)... for the lost philippine passport...it would be best if you contact DFA for that... and ask them if they can provide you with your husband's departure and arrival records.

    interview done.visa on hold.they still need to see my daughter's crba.but its just fine.atleast my papers are okay.Thank God.

    hi vjers.will the nvc or uscis notify you if there are problems with the paperworks you sent to them?ill be having my interview on the 6th.luckily,during the process of my petition they didnt send me rfe?will i have a great chance of passing the interview and visa approve?thanks

      Hello,.sa csae ko, wala din kami na receive n RFE, which I think is good. they will ask for RFE if they need more documents or my nakalimutan k lgyan ng sign at date. Congrats kc for interview ka na pala. Share mo experience sis during your interview ha,..God bless

    hi vjers.just want to ask something.pag wala bang sinend sayong RFE ang NVC or USCIS,ibig bang sabihin nun walang problema sa papel mo?may date na rin ako for my interview this week.malaki ba ang chance ko na approve ang visa ko?thanks.im on cr1 visa.
