    Hi,

    We did not experience this situation. I applied for Radu in the USA and all I needed to send them were notarized and translated documents. I helped my friend bring his wife in last year from Romania and they had to submit the originals. I spoke with a NVC rep and he told us that those were some of the new requirements now. They will returned them back at your interview. Good Luck ...
