    thank you all for answering....

    after "1000" phonecalls yesterday and a panic attack later, i finally managed to track her down....and of couse she said she was planning to call me etc etc...she said her husband and her are splitting up and she got fired from the job and couldnt pay anymore...

    and i said, ok, fine, but you still owe me money from the past rent etc etc...

    she said she will pay when she gets a job...oh well, i tried to scare her a little bit with people's court and everything...

    we'll see now if she will pay....she told me the house is clean, everything turned off....locked....ill see if i can get somebody in there to check it asap.

    how do i report it on the credit report???

    problem is, house is in louisiana, im in florida....

    they owe me around 2000$, so if i had to fly over there to take them to court etc, ill end up getting paid 500$ after all the expenses....i am such an idiot for not getting their social....their grandma is living 2 houses down to the house i rent, so dumb i thought they will be ok....

    i guess my big thing is, even if i dont get the money...id like to report them somewhere , to affect their credit report.....they cant do this over and over....

    I had some renters i wrote about here a few months ago...

    The problem is they had a contract signed with us until january, and a neighbour of mine called me and said they had a moving truck there and they left....i dont have the keys, phones are disconnected, etc etc....

    My question is, is there anything i can do about it? They owe me like 2000$ ( a month and a half worth of rent) !!!

    if we go there, it would be for 4 years...i love the outdoors, snow and everything else....im just afraid im going to be toooo lonely...no friends, no nothing....

    sorry to bring this topic up again, but i need your help again...

    i recently put my motorcycle on ebay for let's say 3600$ and i put the reserve price 4300$. i got one bid from this guy for 3600 and then he bid again for 4300...so its just 2 bids only from him, and his feedback(score-however you call it) is 0....then i get an email from him asking if he can wire me money - 4500$, im in florida he is in NV....so i wrote him back, wire in paypal, i only take paypal, and how are you going to get the bike cause its pickup only, but he didnt answer me yet....

    do you think he is a scammer?

    what should i do now?i have 5 days left on the auction and i dont know what to do...is ebay going to make him pay my 4300? or how does it work?

    please help...im really lost...

    try all the albums since jackson 5 on vynil, cassettes and cd's, special edition M. Jackson shoes and about 2000 posters and tons of photos etc (cant tell all the stuff i have, people might beak in the house:D) :D but they are no for sale!!!!!!!!!!NO WAYYYYY!!!! :D

    i dont know anything about water filters thats why i asked you guys...i was just thinking of getting one, but not 100% sure how will that work, or how "purified" the water would be....

    i was thinking first of buying a water dispenser and the 5 gallon water thing, but i read some pretty bad reviews about them, so thats why i was starting to look into faucet water filters.
