espmon got a reaction from Nich-Nick in Time between medical and interview
Every country works differently so you guys should think twice before posting something that can confuse people. Having said that, the London embassy will not schedule an interview until they have received the results of the medical. And they usually get them 4 days after the medical check.
So I think you will have to make 2 trips ....
