i do not want to scare you but my husband went to his interview he has a few tattoos that we didnt think would conect to any gangs but to them they did..and he was put in administrative processing we have been on hold in A.P for a year now and still have not heard anything from his case..best of luck to you

They usually set dates the first weeks of the month...so you should be hearing soon!!..and yes most likely you will get a december interview =)

U send those documents in a pdf file to the email address of NVC

when i get on to the ceac.state.gov website and sign in...in states the its refused is that due to the fact he didnt get it at the interview and they have him in administrative processing or that there done with his administrative processing and he was DENIED?? =/

So for sure u think he will get denied?? I am soo scared we are too young...he has no criminal record nothing!! never been pulled over arrested nothing!! =/

his tattoo that i think they would be suspicious of is a clown on his leg =( the rest is mine and his daughters name

My Husband had his interview July10th @ 8:15 he sat there for hours for them to finally call him and tell him they rescheduled his interview for July12th @ 815..He went to the appointment and they asked him a few questions about his tattoos then handed him a blue paper and told him to wait until they contact him!!..and thats all they told him?? the blue paper just states that he is in administrative processing i dont think its a 221G?? When i call do get any information from his case they tell me that theres nothing on the case since his interview..is that normal shouldnt it say hes under administrative processing?? and do you think hes under this due to his tattoos?? I havent really heard of anyone thats went through Mexico AP..so if you have or are?? please help me figure out whats going on !!! Thank You !!

i do no theres nothing i can do to speed it up correct and it can take days weeks months or even a year??

my husband went to his interview this morning..he said he went up to the interviews 2 different ones and they told him sit down n wait to be called!!!...once he was called they told him the officer who was gunna interview him got to caught up and my husband has to go back thursday?? has anyone heard of this?? that doesnt make any sense??

My Husbands ASC and Medical are complete!!..My emotions are really starting to kick in for his interview tomorrow..nervous, excited, happy, scared, everything u can think of..but its all about FAITH!!..I know God is with me and will get us through this =)

Was curious if anyone heard of there being any problems with scheduling the ASC appointment outside of the town there interview was..i scheduled my husbands for July 6th a friday in Guadalajara, and his interview is in Ciudad Juarez on July 10th? u think everything should be fine?

Ok so my first questions is when i logged into the Ceac.state.gov website my DS-260 that use to say complete now says "on file @ Post"?? What does this mean? i havent heard of anyones saying this? My second question is what is the waybill?? im hearing a few people talk about it but im a little confused...and last but not least..whats a good page to look at for gathering things for Interview for a CR-1 Visa =)...Thank You all again =)

VJ told me to do 864 but i spoke with 2 lawyers and since your living in the same household..and combining your income then your can fill out 864A
