    Received the approval notice and welcome letter today for my AOS!! Card is scheduled to arrive Monday :) Finally!!!!!

      Yeah, its a different case number! There would be one for EAD, one for AOS, one for adavance parole. After my EAD was approved, it was a couple more months, but it all depends on your Local office and how busy they are, guess Louisville was fast :)

    On March 8, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. Does this mean NO INTERVIEW???? omg!

    VISA APPROVED!!! Had my interview this morning in Montreal and my status already says Issued!!! Thank goodness the waiting to be together is over!!

    Called DOS this morning. They advised me they sent packet 3 yesterday, went and mailed packet 3 right after the phone call!

    heyyyy. how did you get a hold of DOS... i can't seem to get to an operator following the menus lmao. it just told me to e-mail but then said they don't accept e-mails for confirmation of receipts. thanks for the help :)

      I call 1-202-663-1225, soon as the recording starts hit 1, then 0 for a visa specialist. Usually best to call right at 8:30am, I generally get right through.
