My emotionally prepared husband arrives to the U.S. Consulate an hour early for his visa interview. Waits several hours for his appointment to finally be told that they can not locate his file. WTH!!!

Took a couple days off and decided to try and work on my Nigerian food cooking skills. Finally, got the moi moi perfected! Tried my hand at akara. Though I've made it before jolloff rice is next.
