      We are doing both the I 765 EAD and I 131 AP travel doc in case its needed in an emergency before AOS is approved. No fee either if filed with i 485 .I think it cost around 380 bucks if you file for afterwards ?

    good morning going to the civil surgeon today here in minneapolis to update our vaccinations records......cant wait to send our AOS...

      Seems we are on the same timeline. I am sceduling our civil surgeon appointment tomorrow .Did you also file AP and EAD forms with your 485? Its included no extra cost if you file together with AOS.

    i and my husband,got married here in minnesota this month dec02 just a ceremony..wala kaming picture na mapapakita sa interview ko for adjustment or status..wedding pictures...bcoz we are planning to get one more married sa pilipinas sa simbahan...hindi kaya maging problema namin ung pictures for AOS?

      Hi mag pass ka muna ng AOS at malalaman mo kung may interview kasi send ka nila through ordinary mail and not email.. kung meron man siyempre kasama mo spouse mo...goodluck and merry christamas din
