    I met my husband on september 21, 2007 in Barahona Republica Dominicana, we dated for over a year and decided to get marry in July 28, 2008 till today we are still together and just waiting for NVC to recieved civil documents so interview can be scheduled and we can finally be together..... :)

  1. When i called the VS they told me our case is under AP is that a good thing or bad thing since we got a letter before leaving the Embassy that case was being sent back to USCIS for revocation, do u think the letter my lawyer sent the general consul made them put my case under AP all is it a normal process in order to be sent back to USCIS. Please advise

      in my case, it was just a general statement they needed to say until my case was sent back...they take that "AP" time to write everything they think was wrong or why they beleive your marriage is frad to send to USCIS. But it could mean they are investigating further since your lawyer sent them the letter. So unfortunately you will just have to wait and see = (
