    congratulations on the case number...when the NVC received your petition from the uscis ? because i got approved on OCT 18 and they receieved my petition on OCT 31 so i am just wondering ;)

    congratulations on the NOA2 i am wondering if your petition was send to a local office or stayed at the NBC and when you filed the i 130 ?i i just want to know where the NBC reached in the processing of the i130 petitons

      my husband just normally sent the i-130 to chicago address... last june .... then we heard from uscis last september ... they just sent a letter of receipt with a case number ... then i keep checking it in uscis site with the status... it says now that it is approved and they send a letter to my husband... but until now my husband has not receive the letter yet... but in checking it in the uscis website ..it is in post activity and it is already approved....

      this is my husband answer with your question... IT WAS SENT TO CHICAGO AND WE RECIEVED THE I-797C SAYING IT WAS RECEIVED CONTAIN THE RECEIPT NUMBER... AND WHEN I CHECK IT TO THE CASE STATUS .NOW WE ARE IN POST DECISION ACTIVITY... UNDER THIS POST ACTIVITY IT SAYS we mailed you a notice that we have approved this APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT.

      For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petit...
