    Called USCIS on Feb 15th (6mo + 3days). They informed me that VSC was theoretically processing Aug 21st. :/ They issued a service request for me and said that I should call back if I don't hear anything by Mar 1st. They mentioned that cases get assigned to agents and some agents are 'faster' then others..
