I got the aproval letter today, really surprised that I wasn`t called for an interview or nothing!

I was sure I was gonna get called for an interview for my WAIVER application, due to my divorce...

I guess I was wrong, And I am so happy I dont have the words to explain!

I wanna thank everyone at Visa Journey, for all the information and the psychological help!

I filed this January and still waiting patiently....

Am hoping to get a positive response, once my marriage was bona fide and I have a pretty stable professional life in this country now.

Hello Guys!

I sent my ROC (waiver) this January 22nd and now I`m playing the wait game.

I`m glad I found a topic for the waiver fillers, my marriage unfortunately did not work out, I was dealing with a drug addict that had no faith and all that he wanted was to party hard....

I`m super anxious about receiving the permanent green card, once I got a nice job, and am living on my own now, things aren`t easy but life is good.

I do not wish to leave the USA!

Anyways, just saying hello and updating this topic.

I send form G-1145 and never received an e-mail or text message, I don't think it will be a problem.

So, you received the NOA in that short period of time? I`m shocked of how fast people are receiving those letters...

During my AOS process I received text messages and emails from the USCIS and it was very exciting, because I got screwed by the post office who returned my letters because there was no identification on my apto mail box...

Now my mail box is full of stickers indication that`s my mail box, I put stickers with my name and address on the front, back and inside of the mail box, just to make sure...

I checked and my package was delivered on 01/24 but I noticed that I forgot/did not know I was supposed to send the E-Verification form to receive alerts on the cellphone, like we did with AOS.

So should I just wait for a letter on the mail?

I believe is PART 3 of the form, I am really not sure, once Im filing by myself....

Im so happy, interview was very simple and fast the guy didnt ask for ANY copy or documents and he said I was approved at the end and he didnt see any pictures either! didnt wanna see 2011 taxes, nothing!

Im in heaven right now....

One thing: the focus of the interview is on the USC or on the immigrant?

I dont know if I should take care of the papers( cos i know every single thing about the process) or should my hubby USC take care of that? The thing is he is not as involved as I am, and I am the one who been in this website researching and reading and he even says I should tr to go get a job as an immigration lawyer...

The thing that bothers me and worries me is the fact that he is not nervous at all, he say we have nothing to prove, and that im crazy and he blame the visa journey for making me obssessed... im just scared he is not paying the amount of attenttion we need...

Our interview is tuesday and today I asked him just joking, asking him questions, when is my birthday, he say: October?

Hello guys just to make an update, I got my new social security card on thursday, and my interview hard copy letter also on thursday, then I went to the DMV and I FINAlly got my Drivers license!!!!
