    I can't believe my eyes.. somebody pinch me. Today Jan20th 2011 our I130 got an update!!! Finally after a long awaited moment. Thank you so much Lord God for hearing my prayers. PLease make it run smoothly.

    made me think... once you file a petition (I-130) do you also include the supporting documents?

      it usually takes 5 or 6 months, it's an estimated processing times.. makes me cry everytime i think about this, my husband didn't send any of the documents, just a form.. Maybe he will inform by the USCIS.
