  1. Read the guides here on VJ and also ask the senior members... loads of people email the DS 3032 :) and it works. It saves time too if you email it right away. I'm waiting for the acceptance/confirmation of my DS 3032. Once it's done, they'll generate the IV fee invoice. Already paid the AOS and got the receipt too.

i printed out and signed the form with the barcode...how should i e-mail it...i can scan it,and send it after..but what should the body of the e-mail look like?

I put in there principal applicants /me/ name and date of birth, and petitioner's name and date of birth as well....

In the subject line i used our NVC case number..Anything else?

  2. Congrats on the NVC case number! Are you pursuing K-3 or are you on the CR-1 path? I don't know what to do for K-3, but if you're on CR-1, you can email the DS-3032 now (they reply after about a week). Meanwhile, you can pay your AOS fee if it's already invoiced on the NVC portal.

As for the interview, the NVC is the one who schedules it for CR-1/IR-1 filers. For the medical, I wouldn't recommend it doing it so soon as it limits the expiration of your visa. Most people get their medical done 1-2 weeks before their interview date.

So it takes a while, before you're able to pay the fee for the affidavit of support..sigh...

  3. Have you called USCIS to see when they sent your case to NVC?

    Yes,

but my husband called USCIS and they said that He have to call NVC but He have already called NVC and they said that they don't have any information regarding my application. so sad :crying:

I know how you feel....still waiting for our case number...not as long as you are though....it's been 33 days for us :( This is really frustrating!

  4. I know there are many others with earlier approval dates still waiting on NVC to receive their files. I called the other day, but the guy said they didn't have our files yet. And yesterday, I was told it was received last Monday. I think I'll call later to confirm - I hope the lady I talked to wasn't lying!

Have you been calling every day?

Uhm no...we dont call.We dont think calling them will help or make them work faster. But if we dont hear anything in 4 days,we'll definitely do it then!

Like you said, many people who have been approved before us,are also still waiting...what a disaster!

  5. We got out NOA2 on the 16th of March and I received a letter on the 17th of April with all of the numbers. I never called them because no one else on here with the same NOA2 date as me was getting anywhere in the first couple of weeks and then I went to visit my hubby, the letter was in my mailbox when I got home. I know this is only a single case, and I know how hard it is to wait, but I'm sure you'll have everything you need from them in less time than they say. I would be careful about calling too frequently, because I've heard a lot of people saying there are some pretty grouchy people answering the phones at the NVC and it wouldn't surprise me if getting the wrong person on the line could wind up slowing things down.

You're right..i definitely agree with you!I dont think a frequent calling would help us anyhow...but thats just my opinion.

  6. I got the following message on email today early in the morning.

    Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: WAC.................

The NVC recently received this petition. The appropriate agent (applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will receive instructions for the further processing of this petition within 6 to 8 weeks.

Do you guys have idea how many days it takes to get entry receipt number and letter with choice of agent form?

Got the email but still explaining may take 6-8 weeks to get instructions for the further processing. What' that mean?

Making me crazy.....forced to wait me......God bless us...
