Unfortunately my fiance had issues with the travel agency in Accra which caused huge delay. Now his intended POE is confirmed for October 7th, Ticket In Hand!! We're still praying for a smooth POE too.

Good luck on your journey! Also your inquiry qustion below: No you only need your affidavit of support and proof of income at the embassy interview stage (your fiance will present those documents to the consular), but it is not needed for the initial I-129f application process.

Yes the embassy told him yesterday after the interview (August 13th) that he should come back on September 7th to pick up his visa!! So its not too long for a pick up...about 3 weeks.

His Visa was APPROVED!!! Thank you God!!

His interview is in 7 days... I have sent the thickest packet of evidence for him to present to the consular. Please God let not our efforts be in vain!!

Hey JJ Rawlings. My fiance's interview is in 7 days!! I am very hopeful about it. To answer your question: I included my last 3 year tax transcripts, paystubs, employment letter and also a letter from my bank showing when I opened my account. But I also have a cosponsor as well and they provided their above info as well. Hope this answer helps you in some way.
