I have not heard any news from: afia, Billy&Fabiana, brokenfamily, criandjen, dekagunda, eclipse19, La nena26 and La nena26. Anything new I can add to the sheet???

then it is just my opinion that they want to clear things out that u did not get married first time just to get here, they just gonna ask you few questions one of my friend had this problem after interview they approved her i 130,

my situation is kind a same as urs but in my case i am us citizen and i filed for my ex-husband,he came here in 2006 marriage last for 5 yrs and got divorce last yr then i remarried and now i am filing for my husband i hope they do not make issue about filing i 130 again.

our have not touches since jan 23,2009 i am worry about it now b/c i have complicated situation, on my passport and naturalization certificate i have my married name from my ex-husband but on my divorce papers and marriage cert i signed with my maiden name thats the law of pakistan so i just sent a copy of my birth cert with the explaination letter i hope this does not cause any delay plzzz keep me in your prayers guys

mine got transffered on jan 13 too last touched was on 1/23

I called uscis today just to check my case status b/c it still does not show online u know wht the customer rep said to me he looked at my file and said oh u filed on oct 30, miss u have to have paitience for this process u just filed it will take atlest 6 months to get approve

hey guys i called uscis yesterday b/c i have the same problem too case # does not show up online so when i talked to customer rep she could not find my receipt # also the she asked me when did i file and then she transffered my call to some other rep i talked to that person gave my receipt # he said he can see my receipt number and they do have my case and he apologized.

my NOA1 dated oct 30,still doesn't show up online

my NOA1 date is nov 05 and still does not show in the system i called at 1-800 number rep said wait 30 days and then give as a call back

How can we know where our petition has been routed?

We sent the petition from Miami to Chicago and we received the NOA1 very fast. The NOA1 starts with EAC-09. Does that tell us what center is processing our forms? ANy way to know it?

you told me ur receipt number starts with EAC so it is in vermont service center right now

salam all, i just filed i 130 for my husband 10 days ago i just could not resist myself to post here becasue my husband middle name is ali and last name is khan so now i am thinking its gonna take double the time for him to get AP done
