hi everyone! just want to ask if how long does it takes your visa to be delivered after u passed the interview for K1 visa?

i just passed October 4 and i cant wait to see and get my passport with visa..

all answer will be highly appreciated.. thanks in advance

It could take anywhere from 3 days- one month. Don’t make travel plans or buy your plane ticket until our visa arrives.

Anybody have the issue with buying a ticket from the Philippines with a credit card if the card holder isn't flying? I keep getting told that my fiancee won't be able to fly unless the CC used to buy the ticket is hers and she has it on her when she checks in.

Yup i agree with dale . I was a reservation agent for an airline. you have to present your cc at the nearest airport so CC will be removed.

Anyone did this already? DFA certifying all your documents before going to the Interview? what are the results? please share some insights! thank you!

I am a filipina myself. It's just sad when you caught your partner that you thought you will spend the rest of your life with cheated on you. I don't tolerate such act . I am faithful to my partner and i expect him to do the same though there are lots of admirers on both sides.

She has to know where her heart belongs to. If she says she love him too then sorry is not enough. You have to weigh your relationship if it is worth saving and take the risk getting divorce in the future. I hate to say this but some filipina gives other filipina a bad name and reputation on the eyes of other people. Though not all filipina are the same.You got a bad apple...but the barrel is full of good ones.

I agree with ( andy ) below ...find someone who will love you wholeheartedly. Goes also with jacabatic... she loves her ex bf then send her back to be with him.

Tahoma as well that you found it now instead of later. Such a waste of your time ,love and money... money can be earned but time and love? that's priceless...

You gave her your heart your love your everything she repays you by cheating... wake up I know you love her and it is painful but you have to let go now or it will be much more painful in the latter end.

Just wondering. How long does it take for USCIS to update your case? may it be on accepting your application, then RFEs or Decision?

Usually sis 2 to 3 weeks but still depends on how sssloooowww csc work on your document. Some are fast in processing and some are as if they are sleeping and always on breaks never gets it done. :bonk: The bright side is that you know they are looking into it. Sometimes it is just so hard being away from the love of our life. Still we have to wait and hope that it will be soon.

For the K-1 process. My wife did not need to get her documents authenticated at DFA. She received her NBI, and CENOMAR without DFA authenticating her documents. From what my wife explained is.. Authentication of documents is need for overseas workers OFW. Some companies in Philippines request Authentication of the documents. That where DFA will place a red ribbon on the documents for certified Authentication.

You can order the Birth certificate and CENOMAR online. Then pay the fee at BDO. Then they will delivered to her address.

NBI she will need to go in person to be finger printed and you need to print 2 passport type photos. Bring extras photos just in case. You will need the extra photos later in process.

For K-1 visa documents. Do all documents have to undergo authentication from Dfa? Like birth certifcates, NBI, etc?
