How long did it take to transfer from vsc to nbc

well Vermont took only 2 Weeks to transfer my I485 to NBC.

hi Sandranj: I got denied for my I-131 US travel document back to Seattle on Oct 18th 2012, I found that from my online case report, but my I-360/485 have no result yet. I think the main reason is my Seattle therapy report is not handed in on time, (VSC's deadline for it was on Sep 23th 2012). Shall I pay another $360 for my US travel document again after my therapy report arrive VSC? or just wait for my I-360/485 result. Confused, this Xmas will be tough for me though.

Decision

On October 18, 2012, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of October 18, 2012, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

I feel sorry to mayjay and lionlion, we have been supported each other for so long in Vawa part2, you guys are the same timeline with me, I applied my VAWA on Jan22th 2011, it seems like the time is counting down for my vawa result.

until last Friday, I emailed my Seattle therapy doctor, who is on maternity leave without handing in my therapy report since Jan 2011, OMG, i briefly explained why I need my therapy report so urgently, she said she will send my report to VSC asap, at the same time, I left message to VSC that my therapy report will arrive their office this week. what a rough weekend!

Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement. It was a long wait for me. I applied on August 13th 2010. So 2 years, 3 months and 17 days later, I recieved the deniial notice. I am waiting to get the actual mail now. What a wonderful chritmas present.

For everyone else that is still waiting, I prsy you all get the approval that we so deserve IJN, Amen.

I've been around here a long time, and got busy in June 2012 after my I360 VAWA got approved because I was working in my case with Board of Immigration Appeals, Im my own attorney lOol crazy right!?? but so far so good Im still Alive and I feel like I have a pretty good idea about what most of youR GUYS are going through or went through.

you got to take it easy! if I remember we filed for I360 VAWA in the same time (March 2011) and got approved in the same period (June 2012)but the different is I filed for I485 in March 2012 and you did yours later on in December 2012!

if you check my timeline. he took me 8 months to receive my interview letter...

keep in mind Its my timeline. just wanted to show you thats going on and every case is different.

Hi guys, my I-485 has been transferred to NBC so i'm expecting my interview notice pretty soon.I'm very excited @ least this assures me that i'll not be waiting long for an interview.

As for my friend who got her receipts & prima facie within 5days of filing I-360,i'll keep you guys posted, she has her interview @ the local office coming up soon.

good news tho! but I guess you live in Texas right!!? after my I-485 has been transferred to NBC, NBC took 5 months to transfer that to the local office and the local office took 3 months to send me a letter for my interview by the way I live in Texas too...

but keep in mind that is my timeline after my I360VAWA got approved, but every case is different may be yours will be faster than mine.

I just got RFE letter. They are asking for following: Certificate of Marriage (Certified from county clerk). My spouses proof of US citizenship, and proof of Bona Fide marriage, this is second time that they are asking for it.

I don't know where to get my wife's Birth Certificate? Also all pictures she has, all bills what where in our names she has. I don't know what to do. Last year I send about ten affidavits and all proof that I could find but they are asking for more?

I knew it!!! they will ask you again about proof of Bona Fide marriage I told you that, when I read your post I was 100 sure you failed to overturn the decision, right now you are in the hot zone, kind of they just wanted evidences not cheap talk (Affidavits from Friends or family), but dont worry I know exactly what they want from you and I can guaranty you I can help overturn the situation, but for that I will like to ask you some few question tho!!!

1- where your wife was born!?

2- do you have a ID or DL valid?!

4- do you have your approved I130 with you!?

3- do you have your certificate of marriage (original)!?

well, give me some answers and I will show the right way to overturn that RFE, but keep in mind the clock is ticking and you got only 87 days, every second counts.

Well your remark because he is a man there is nothing to do with the way USCIS will adjudicate his case. Women and men must prove bonafide marriage. Being a provider? I didn't get it, we don't have in the Immigration Law anything specifying the man must be the provider, or because he is the provider his case will be adjudicated different. Keep in mind every year almost 2.000 Vawa cases are denied, and 98% of the cases were filed by women, not men. Then I think you are a bit confuse regarding your thinking. USCIS will adjudicate the case based in the violence suffered and bonafide marriage if the individual is a man or a woman USCIS can't care less.

Anyone who says "the individual who filled I360VAWA is a man or a woman USCIS can't care less" is lying. "Don't judge a book by it's cover. But remember, books have covers for a reason." VAWA stand for The Violence Against Women Act. keep in mind this a federal law. as Title IV, sec. 40001-40703 of the Violent but can be really tricky based on situations or the person working on your case/file. About my wife's US birth certificate, I asked vitalcheck company resend another one to VSC by UPS, also I copied my email to NBC supervisor who received my wife's US birth certificate on May 2011.

I paid $700 to Seattle threapy for my psychology test before I left Seattle last January, together with my sounder mental health doctor's prescription drug letter, Seattle therapy said I have depression long time before my marriage, Sounder mental health doctor said I need go to mental hospital immediately, at the beginning I reserved my psychologist test,but my removing letter said I have to leave Seattle in one month time, so I left Seattle before I go to see Psychologist. anyway, today I will email my Seattle therapy and sounder mental health doctors to let them know my situation.

About my non-criminal record from my home country, I already mailed my notary document to VSC, since I am not in Seattle, I write my letter to Olymia to ask them send my non-criminal record to VSC, but I donot know the fee, I just put my letter in one envelope together with my other evidence documents to VSC.

I do send VSC me and my wife's joint tax return for two years, joint bill,lease,bank account, joint land property, together with our email exchanges, she said she love me always,also she asked my wells fargo bank account ATM password.

I also give my 6 US citizen friends' name to VSC, together with their contact address and phone number, since i am not in Seattle, if VSC want to contact them, they will find them by phone or mail.

Anyway, leave it to the God, i will get my results two weeks later from now on! I mailed VSC all the evidences I have right now, since I cannot fake the evidence I donot have, so that is it! if I failed for my VAWA case, which means I have to help my wife immigrate to my country, at least keep her still alive!

She filed the MTR with the judge n a copy was also sent to the govt's attorney. The Govt attorney did not dispute anything thus they RP was terminated.

I got a question for you... I remember when your Vawa was approved your lawyer filed for Motion To termine removal proceedings before Immigration Judge...

correct me if Im wrong you told us she wrote a letter (MTR) to I.J right???!!

now my question is...

she wrote or filed a MTR only before the Judge or she filed a MTR to the judge and sent another copy to counselor/gvt attorney in file??!!

please ask your lawyer and let me know how she did it...
