9/10/12 Received a NOA 1 that file was sent to California Service Center where they will make a decision on our case.

is it possible for you to contact DOS and NVC and write an email and describe your situation. please don't waste time do it quickly and launch a complain against that lady, and make sure you write her full name with correct information of consulate. you guys should write an official complain against that lady in embassy too.

Alhamdulilah, I called NVC and got case number and IIN. CSR was nice enough and advised me to wait at least one week before paying it on portal.

7 weeks to the interview and 8 weeks to the date Hubby gets here to take me to the US, by God's Will.

Case complete Alhumdulillah (Praise be to God)!!!
Just called the NVC and they said our case was completed today, 29th May. I'm so happy there was no issue along the way and I can now look forward to prepping for the interview, which is expected in early July. -

finally we got txt and email from USCIS we got approved!!!!

Heading out to the airport very soon! Flight's in less than 6 hours. Very excited to head back to Canada!! I'll get back to all conversations, threads, comments, etc as soon as I can!!
