Had interview yesterday, 9/12/18, it was simple: how we met, and she asked if we had anything to show her and we gave a new AOSupport and evidence of being together. We were approved and she explained the 751 in two years.

I got mine last Thursday 3/08 and went to SS office on Friday and applied in person. was told 2 weeks time to get it.

received my EAD card today after involving my senator in my case.

She is a legal guardian and has a court document for it and she can sign it but in the instructions it says if you are under 14 years of age....but her nephew is 17 years of age now we dont know if he can sign or my wife should sign

I don't think oso because they have asked for only specific documents.

if over 14 the individual should sign. that's what the instructions say.

I have mail coming today from uscis. guess it's bio. will see when it's deliivered

I checked uscis case status and from MSC1890143011 TO MSC1890153344 are not available. I called uscis on 11/14 and they got an error when my case numbers were entered. I called them back today and my case numbers were in the system. I still cant see them on uscis case status.

has anyone been able to enter their Receipt numbers in uscis case status.

No i didnt receive a new one. I just know the letters were on my mailbox because of usps informed delivery. My husband travels for work and i dont get to hold my mails until the weekend. I just know when it gets delivered. 

 

I opened them today its all NOA and no biometrics.

noa1 on 11/4/2016 VSC, just received a letter from uscis that my application was approved on 10/10/2017 and 10 year card is in production.

my wife went back last May with the extension letter and she was nervous as well but it was smooth sailing. just have letter, green card and passport. the worry come from how long Vermont takes to process the I-751, we are still waiting.

what do I need to get social and drivers license I am still filling adjustment of status for my greencard,or what will I take to social security and driver licence>after I file?

file I 765 work authorization which is needed for social security card and I 131 travel authorization if you need to travel. they are free if included in your AOS package.

Truly, I can't wait to be done with this process... I'm dying with anticipation, it can be quite unsettling when you have no venues to influence the speed of the application process. Nonetheless, seeing all these CCs makes me happy because even though some applications seem to be reviewed faster than others- there is still hope, lol ?

I will be filing I-751 only for my wife who is a conditional resident.

Should I send $505 or $590 as filing fee?

Instructions for form I-751 states "A biometric services fee of $85 is also required for petitioners. " under "What is the filing fee ?" section.

Should I send biometric fees for myself also in addition to biometric fee for my wife?

Last vb moved ahead by 6 weeks. If the upcoming vb also moves ahead by 6 weeks then my pd will become current. In such case is it possible that i receive the i/l next week??
