My moms GC is in production after 9 months and transfer to CSC in June.

Yep and they mailed the notice yesterday hope her GC gets approved soon.

Just received update moms i130 has been approved but no word on I485 whats next for her .

My moms case was transfered to csc back in June and she is still waiting we did two service request and still waiting the last one was in Jan and the cus rep said it is out of normal processing time. She is also a May filler we all hope this journey could be over soon.

Same here my sister petition for my mom in may and her case was transfer to CSC in early June she received her EAD in July but that's it she would have been better off getting a interview appointment.

they transferred my sisters as well. Her son petitioned for her last year September and his dad in December. The dad got his EAD in February and his interview in March. He was approved and my sister's got her EAD in January and her I-485 was sent to CSC in January as well. My son's process began Jan 30 and his case was transferred in March. he got his card and she is still waiting. They told her it depends on who takes your case and start working on it.

My older son case was received by USCIS on June 21th, check cashed on the 22nd, and he did his interview August 29th. He was approved and got his GC yesterday. His process took 9 weeks. I've never seen that before.

I was quite surprise also but I've been reading quite a bit and saw were other cases like hers also got transferred to CSC and got appriced without an interview.

Why is her case transferred to CSC if she is adjusting from a tourist visa?

My mom is in a good place right she received her ead card on July 28 and she applied for her ssc and also received that so things are looking bright . So now the wait begins cause her case was transfer to CSC on June 6.....

Second card production for mom so by Friday it should be in the mail.

My mom had her bio on May 22 how long will it take for her to get her Ead card . She hasn't been saying but i think she has given up. Do you guys think it will help if my sister contact the military help line . Her husband is in the military.

Con grats on your interview my moms case got transfer to the place wher cases go to die. CSC on June 1 and that was it.

Yes Loveme you can open up your bank account but first you need the social security card . it will have the condition on it if you are not in a hurry you can wait until you have the GC to apply . Save you a trip to the social security office to have the condition removed .

Just wanna share my mom priority date may 11 she did early walk in bio on may 22 last update case transfer to CSC on June 1 and then case transfer to USCIS office on June 7 I guess that's when they receive the file until then nothing Ead nothing so now she's getting impatient she was hoping to at least have her EAD what else can I tell her to cheer her up?

You did your bio in Jamaica if memory serves me correct . So you would most likely end up in Long Island or over in Woodside .
