Hey guys, I've been gone for a while. A week ago I got my EAD & AP in the mail!

LOL. That's gonna happen once DHL delivers the package to me. I'm still waiting on the waybill number. I'm looking at your timeline, and DAY 60? Whaaaaaaaa? Perhaps you should be screaming too, but for a different reason. Lol. At least it's progressing, so that's where the good news is.

Well, no screaming yet lol. Adjustment of status takes around 4 months on average. If you live in a busy center like Florida or New York, it might take even longer. But what is a few months compared to years? Keeping my fingers crossed

By the way, I got news from Loudoff, he was also doing adjustment of status and he had his interview yesterday and got approved!

Guys, I just wanted to tell you all that I picked up my package at DHL this afternoon, at exactly 4:57 PM (three minutes before they closed).! It took just two days to get my visa since it was issued. I never expected I'd be out of here only four days after my interview. I booked my flight, which leaves to NYC tomorrow morning. I've set like six alarms to make sure I wake up. (My flight is at 6 am.)

I'll still be lurking around from time to time, to see how the rest of the gang is keeping on. But things are moving along, and what was once a dream has now finally become a reality. You all will get to share the feeling of finally becoming a Permanent Resident of the USA! Woohoo!

OMG EVERYBODY!!!

I just checked the CEAC status and it says ISSUED!!! My visa has been printed. Literally one day after. Wow!

Oh my god just went online to check on my status and for my surprise this is what I found

Got my appointment day thank god am very excite it

On November 10, 2013, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for December 12, 2013. Please follow the instructions on the notice. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

My AP is still in Initial Review. Does that mean I won't be receiving a combo card? Or is that normal?

hey nevermindvz, mine was changed to "testing and interview" on day 40 Nov 29th too. but haven't had anything since then

I checked your timeline and saw you filed on the 20th, I did so on the 18th! There's some members that filed a couple weeks before us and they still haven't received their interview letters. I hope to receive mine by the end of November. Let's see!

It will arrive tomorrow according to the tracking provided by USPS. Funny enough it says 2 day priority mail but it was sent last week Thursday. I don't call that a 2 day delivery.

I'm glad you're getting the EAD tomorrow! They received my application about two weeks after yours, so I'm hoping to get my EAD in about two weeks, fingers crossed!

I have a similar timeline regarding the EAD card. I got mine today. I felt the same way about the 2 days priority, but i kind of forgot that monday was a federal holiday and it all made sense.

Yeah, I just noticed that too. Around the 60th-70th day. I'm on day 54 so I'm excited!

I feel your pain. Coming close to 40 days since testing and Interview myself.
