Hello VJ Family,

I have a situation I honestly and stupidly made, I came to USA trought DVllottery and when I filled the paper work at the beginning I said I dont have children but I have a daughter who is now 16, reason been that someone that was helping me trought the process said chances of getting visa was hight if you are single than having children and I believe him: can you believe that and this is hunting me dowm. I want to filed for her and Iam afraid because all my documents does not include her meaning I dont have children and she is my only daughter. Do I have to file for her with an explanation and possibly do DNA test to prove she is my daughter or is much difficult that i thougt? I cannot believe myself this happened now that Im more enlighten about more stuff and I feel really bad. Please dont blame me it was so many issues at that time which I canot talk about it here, I just need advice as how to proceed and get thought it. Iam a US Citizen.

wife visa approved and she is already here USA two weeks ago, two weeks prior her coming I moved and I called USCIS to changed of address, this morning i decided to check the status of our case online and it says INNTIAL REVIEW and the change aoddress that was made. does anyone knows what that means?

this is immigrant visa, why do i need transit visa? there are so many different opinions. I have checked the german consulate website here in usa and it saids you dont need one

No, they do not send forms to beneficiary after the case is completed. Everything up to that point is sent via email if you provided them with one.

You will get information regarding any RFE through the mail.

if DOS do not schedule interview then what is the point of caliing? or is there anything specific they can do to help? just want to know may be I can also call and have mine schedule.

congratulations and good luck to you, Im waiting for them to review my rfe which was received in Oct. 16th to have my case complete, is been 10 days today.

Mine has been at NBC since September 12th & they still haven't reviewed it.

according to your timeline you have already approved and issued your visa, why yours is still there since Sep 12th?

is been 8 business days and NVC has not review my RFE yet...whats is going...,man
