Lo mejor que yo pude haber hecho fue contactar a mi congressman. Si llamas a USCIS todos te dan informacion diferente, y son demasiado mal educados (la mayoria). Pero bueno, ya veras que pronto tendras tu caso.

Hola como estas? Bueno, justamente hoy recibi buenas noticias. La asistente del congresista llamo y ya recibieron mi caso, y hoy lo van a "reaprobar" para que tenga otra fecha de vencimiento, y lo enviarian al el NVC hoy en la noche tambien. Ya casi dos meses desde que fuimos aprobados, ya estaba perdiendo las esperanzas. Por ahora solo queda esperar y pedirle a Dios que no suceda nada ...

Que bien!!! yo tambien estoy pensando en ir a la entrevista con Andrea... Lo unico es que no queremos usar mis vacaiones para irnos de luna de miel cuando ella llegue.

Ella ya tiene sus antedecentes penales, solo estamos esperando por la cita, yo ya tengo todo listo... Lo unico que estamos esperando es que envien nuestro caso a el NVC y despues a venezuela... que han escuchado de el caso de ustedes?

Gracias! lo que nos sucedio a nosotros es que el USCIS por equivocacion envio nuestro caso a el NRC (national records center) en vez de el NVC... ahora solo estoy esperando a que envieen mi archivo a el USCIS, pra que ellos lo envien a el NVC... Suerte con el caso de ustedes

Well the USCIS sent my case to the NRC (National Records Center) instead of the NVC... They are sending my case back to the USCIS and as soon as they receive it, it will be sent to the NVC... Thank you for checking... Good luck on your interview

It is something else... The representative at USCIS told me she was sending a letter to the California Service Center to make sure they had sent my petition; thenshe gave me a WAT number, which is a confirmation of the request she sent... she told me I should hear from them by June 15th..

Today I called the USCIS and they gave me a "WAT" number... which is a tracking number for a request they sent out to the California Service Center, so they send our case if they havent done so just yet.

Have you heard anything yet?

I know how you feel... I have been waiting for a 30 days and nothing yet... Hopefully the NVC research unit finds your case; they couldn't find mine... If they cannot find yours, do not wait for the NVC, contact your congressman office and have them help you with your case. Good luck to you and your fiancee...

Hola!!! Bueno lamentablemente mi caso ha sido encontrado por El NVC y USCIS dice que ya enviaron todo... ya han pasado mas de 20 dias laborales y aun en espera. Asi que estamos atascados.
