its been 3 weeks since my wife and son arrived... got the welcome letter today... still waiting for greencard.

Wife's VISA?... check! Son's CRBA and Passport?... check and check! Next step... buying their plane tickets!!!

Hi maim3... I replied to your question a few weeks ago by email... but just in case u didn't receive it,... it took us a month to receive my son's NSO birth certificate. After you receive the NSO birth certificate, you can apply for CRBA. You can check the US embassy in manila, website for the requirements. let me know if you have any questions. GOOD LUCK!

hi can i ask some questions how u filed the CRBA? Im on my 22 weeks and my K1 is still under process. I think i'll give birth in the Philippines. Can i apply for my baby's CRBA (the beneficiary)and what are the requirements and step by step process? i hope u can advice me on what to do. I'm also concern with the timeline of getting my baby's NSO Birth Certificate, how long did it take you?

trust me... i know how you feel. not being in control of this whole process really takes a toll on your patience... all we can do is pray, wait, and focus on the "end result"... being together again with our loved ones. stay strong and stay positive... every day that goes by is a day closer we get to finally being with them.

QUICK QUESTION about Permission Letter to Travel.... My wife and son will be travelling to the Manila embassy for his CRBA interview soon. I know that minors need a permission letter to travel if only one parent travels with them... but does that include domestically? (from Tacloban to Manila)

PROOF OF DOMICILE--- Does anyone know if an expired passport (with dated stamps of entry) will be accepted as proof of domicile in the US?... i was in the philippines for the last 5 years and just came back recently due to my passport almost getting expired... I'm currently in the process of getting a new one. The AOS requires 5 years proof of domicile in the US and I was wondering if my old passport will be accepted as proof since that's the only official documentation that I have. ...

IV applications help!
