I got my Appointment letter last week (duplicado), the medical examination informatione was include, So They recommend to get vaccines :
1.Paperas
2.Sarampion
3.Rubeola
4.Polio
5.Tetano y Difteria
6.Toxoides tetanico y Difteria
7.Tos convulsiva
8.Influenza tipo B (HIB)
9.Hepatitis B
10.Varicela
11.Neumococica
12.Influenza
13.Rotavirus
14.Hepatitis A
15.Meningococo
it's obvious when I was a child I got most of them
Today I went to the Dra. Vibiana's office, I talk to the receptionist my first question was : Do I need to show my carnet de vacunas HEPATITIS? I got the Hepatitis vacuna , but I forgot my carnet de vacunacion, and the lady said : Hepatitis is not important for a patient like you ( they said that because my age=32).
I was sitting in her office, I heard some people talk about the vacunas are very important=
.....Influenza
.....Antitetanica
.....Varicela(If you had Varicela disease (in the past) you won't need that shot, but If you don't remember or you are not sure or never had that desease you WILL NEED the vaccine , and the cost 140 soles )
I saw a woman who gave her carnets de vacunas del ministerio de salud to the receptionist, without problems, all was good for her, especialmete because she save money .
Finaly after my examination the doctor recommend me:
ADACEL 120 soles
TRIMOVAX 50 soles
VAXIGRIP 50 soles
If you got some of them , maybe you will find them low cost
