      Congrats on your wedding. A month has passed already. We are settling into our new life in Pennsylvania. Waiting for our green cards.. I could not log on for a long time as I couldn't remember my password. Today I managed to request for new password.

    Today Jan. 18, 2012 (1:30 pm) I collected my passport with K1 Visa stamp it took me more than 30 mins , due to Lunch Break of USEM staff. All in All it's fine.....Thank's GOD.

      Congratulations on being approved. Thanks for the embassy review. We read it carefully to know what is in store for my husband and me (our son 23 yo is sponsoring us) on Feb 7 when we have our interview. You have been very clear in explaining everything. Thank you very much. It is very helpful. Could you please tell me if you were told if you were approved at the interview on Jan 11 or on the phone. Because you mentioned that you have to wait till Jan 18 to pick up your passport with the visa...

      Tina my son Billy was born in Edmond OK 22 years ago. Now he is sponsoring me to live there. But he is now living / working in Wash DC. Good luck in your new job.

      congrats on your job! That was quick. you probably send out positive vibes and that helped. Some people are very negative and no confidence in themselves. In which US city/state are you living? I am waiting for my interview date. hope it comes soon

      me too! I guess IR5 are on low priority. When my son, the petitioner phoned NVC they said I would be informed about my interview after Nov 15.. Hope it comes soon.

      I am in the same boat as you.. waiting for the appointment email. Case was complete at NVC on Oct 19, but since I am a parent of USC I will receive the email after Nov 15.
