You see I got a white visa pick up slip stating to pick up my visa. I went to pick up my visa and they said it wasn't ready. So they gave the same white slip with a different visa pick up date on it. My question is the white slip a bad thing?? I'm worried if I go back my 2nd time and get delayed again. Please any info will help thanks!!!

It's been 22 days since CA USCIS confirmed they received our RFE Package for Bona Fide Marriage. Inshallah. Waiting to hear great news soon and planned to visit my husband in Novemeber. I'm so ecstatic to be in my love's arms and beside him again. Amin

Got a RFE after such a long wait.. My case has fallen out side the normal processing times, I sent a email to the lawyer state I was filing a Greivence now she's inquiring on our behave, Then a letter comes wanting more evidence.. At least I am getting some movement so I guess I should be happy..Weve been waiting a year since I filed.. It's madness

After 7 months, 1 week and 5 days USCIS finally reviewed our petition and sent an RFE. Now waiting for it to reach my address and see what they want.
