  1. From your timeline you received your NOA2. Your approved package should already been sent to NVC. We went through the same long wait for our petition in the summer. We were approved July 7 2011 and did not receive our MNL number until August 25th 2011. Finally I had to call USCIS and NVC raising a stink finally it worked it way through the mistakes on USCIS part. Also the time of year plays a factor in the speed it is processed. July - August is vacation time and December and January is vacation time.

Average wait time for package to be sent to USCIS to NVC is 5 -14 business days :clock: . It could take up to 30 - 60 days :clock::ranting::help: . If it takes this long, you need to speak with tier 2 supervisor with NVC and USCIS.

  2. Our petition was approved last dec2, 2011 and still no news from Nvc and uscis. We still don't know where the paper goes, we get the info pass just to talk to face to face to uscis officer regarding our case, we have our schedule Tomorrow for the uscis. Everyday we called both parties uscis and Nvc and still they don't have answer for us. I'm hoping that we can get a good news about the case. Anyone experiencing the same case with me? Thanks :)

  3. Hi everyone! I'm from MANILA, PHILIPPINES, in less than 7 hours I'll be having my interview at the US embassy, my problem is that I don't have an APPOINTMENT LETTER. I have the appointment confirmation printed out but no APPOINTEMENT LETTER. Will the guards let me in? I have NOA1 and NOA2 but no APPOINTMENT LETTER? What should I do? My fiance was given my CASE NUMBER THRU PHONE when he called about our status. Do you think the guards will let me in later??? It's 11 pm here, I don't think I can do something about it. HELP ME!

    Hello

Just want to ask if it's possible only the Manila case no in the us embassy? Thank you and congrats I know you made it.. Godbless

  4. Uscis approved our petition last dec2, 2011 and recieved a copy of it by mail last dec. 5 it says that it will send to the consulate. We alwys call the uscis and the Nvc! Uscis says that they send it already to Nvc while we email and call the Nvc and says they didn't recieved it:( we already scan the approval and send it to the Nvc and they reply and told us they will investigate regarding our case still no news from them. I didn't know what's happening in the Vermont center where did they send the petition! I need more patience here, anyone I need an advice or who can tell me what to do? Thank you so much ..

  5. You have your NOA2 now, there is no need to wait for the USEM to send you anything, the eligibility letter you might get,

might arrive to you well after you have completed the medical and interview at St, Lukes, some Pinays have gotten that

letter after they arrived in the states.

Have your fiance or you can do it, call NVC to get your MNL#. You have to take the lead to get your interview and medical complete.this site

    1. Once you have your MNL#, go to any BPI branch (take your passport with you) and pay the visa fee.

    2. Keep the receipt (s) you get as proof of the transaction... you'll need it later.

    3. Log on to this site to set up the interview, it'll take a few hours to several before you can set up the interview after you'll paid the fee at BPI.

    4. You log onto the SLMCEC website to register for the medical, there is no appointment, it is first come-first served, but the online registration will save you lots of time on the day of the medical.

Good luck, I hope this helps get you headed in the right direction.

    Wow super thank you :))

Have your fiance call NVC to get the MNL# so you can get started with your medical and interview.

  6. Mine too was July 25, and still waiting for the approval. We have the same date, hope we will receive the good news soon. I agree waiting is the hardest part of the visa.

  7. Hi there,

I'm sorry for your loss, it must be made a little more difficult with the holidays approaching. I hope it was comforting that your fiance was able to be with you during that time?

Having said that, it seems we have the same NOA1 date and like so many others, we're forced to simply wait, be patient, yet hopeful at the same time for some good news during this holiday season. As for me, I now limit myself to one USCIS website status check a week...it was driving me crazy constantly checking and nothing changing. It's in HIS hands, that's all there is too it.

    Hang in there everyone!

    Cheers

Hello, thank you. My fiancé makes it more easily and give me too much care during that time. I'm glad I have him;) I know soon we will receive our N02 result., it was pretty sure :)
