  1. Congratulations - sometimes the interview at Manila can be easy. My fiancee was also asked about three questions, one of which was holding up a picture of me and asking who is this guy? The CO then just looked at her and said tapos po.

I got nervous at first when I ask at the window before the consule. But when I reach the consular officer she smiled at me and it makes me comfortable talking to her. Congrats to you also:)

  2. We just got approved too. It took us Five months and 19 days. We could have shaved another week or more off of it had I not been in the Philippines during some of this time after the NOA2. The key is getting the MNL# quickly and using it to schedule everything.

Is it okei if the papers was still on Nvc and not yet shipped to Manila? But we got the case no!!

  7. Thanks we already call them and sent them an email with the scanned approval! And they said the papers where still in the uscis. We try to call uscis everyday and they say that they already send it to Nvc which the Nvc send us an email tht they called uscis an the papers was still there! We tried to call the tier 2 an officer and still they don't have the real answer. So we decided to make an appointment for info pass in uscis just to know what's happening on our case. I hope this time we can get the answer.
