  1. Hopefully your case will be expedited, we that live in Brazil know how bad health assistance can be here, and there's no doubt your daughter will be better back at home with you and your husband close to her, everything should be alright, just wait till the time they asked you to and then if no answer comes up, just call back...I know it's hard, I understand it but then now that you have asked for expedite there's not much left you could do. I'll keep you in my prayers! :yes:

  2. I am sorry to hear that!!! I am going through a IR-1 petition right now and wondering if my sisters and parents will EVER be able to visit me in US. It's very frustating that some people just play with the system and laugh about it, while honest people have to go through denials and delays. It does not work unfortunately, if it did, we wouldn't read forums talking about mariage frauds almost everyday here on VJ!! :(

    I hope you find a way through to see your mother!!! Good luck, I wish you and your husband all the best!!

    YOUR DAY IS COMIN' FRIENDS. SPECIAL MENTION TO MY FELLOW AUGUST FILERS!

    I'M OFF TO THE KITCHEN TO MAKE A HUGE WHISKEY!

    :dance::thumbs::bonk:

  4. My husband filed on august 24 and received NOA1 on september 1, we had a "touch" on september 6, but anything till now...I am relly preparing to wait more than we have expected, so hopefully we can keep in touch! I think that maybe we could get our NOA2 whithin this month...I don't know. My husband also thinks that the holidays should speed up their work a little, but other people just think it will slow down. So let's just cross our fingers and pray that all the couples that have been missing their spouses very much can finally get NOA2 and have their cases moving faster!!! Good luck to all of us!!!

  5. I feel happy to know that, I hope you both have a lovely life together, and a warmer winter kkkkkkkkkkk. I say that because I am waiting for NOA2 and probably won't be able to be at my husband's side before march :( It's always a comfort to me when I read stories like yours, they make me stronger in this long waiting... Congratulations!!! :dance:
