We united a little over a month ago and it has been awesome. Shawn went for his SSN and we should get it soon. Our Wedding is around the corner appropiately set for 2/14 and I'm excited but not looking forward to the AOS paperwork....

WE GOT OUR INTERVIEW FOR NEXT MONTH AND I WANTED SOME ADVICE ON WHAT TO TAKE WITH ME TO THE INTERVIEW. I SUBMITTED EVERYTHING TO NVC. INTERVIEW FOR A I-130 FOR MY HUSBAND.

What I learned...God is a jealous God. I was wrong for putting my husband before Him! I craved closeness with my husband, I learned to seek God to replace that. All the things I wanted in my marriage while we were apart, I learned God could either give to me or take away the pain of not having them. God comes first, do not put your spouse before Him. What a glorious lesson my Father taught me!

Your visa journey is exactly what you make it..Early on I spent too much time on worry, stress and counting, that it only made it that much harder on me to bear. Then I truly gave it to God, you can literally see my shift in my status updates and comments to others. So I guess my advice is to truly let go and let God and your journey will be so much easier on you! Many blessings everyone!

Approved! It took a little over 3 hours and he and his daughter was approved! (Sorry I'm so late to announce, I had some serious issues with consistent internet access during my trip. We also had some bad family issues that took priority.) I'll post the interview details soon. Thanks for the support!

UPDATE: It has been one year today Nov 19 that Prince has been in the United States. Boy time goes fast. But in all that time there was so much growth. I...mean Marriage is definately taking care of one another. We've gone thru one huge surgery, sicknesses.
