Sabi ng fiance ko after makausap ung staff parang sinasabi Nya pang San nangaling ang denial info. E malinaw na malinaw ang sinabi sakin nung tumawag ako, DENIED at ibabalik na nila sa USCIS ang petition namin. Innisip ko ngayon na Baka nakatulong siguro mga tawag ng bf ko at emails namin pareho kaya nirereview nila ulit ngayon case namin.. I pray na sana tubuan naman ng puso ang ...

Sis we've been together for almost 2 years.. Both of us were never married and he makes more than enough to pass the 125% poverty level.. I feel like the decision was made based on my interview, it was a disaster... But I was 100% honest, how come he still denied us?

Yes... I gave them a call and I was told our application has been denied because the CO doesn't believe that we are in a serious relationship... I thought the only problem I had was my cenomar, now it's proven that I was never married, why did he still deny me?I don't see any grounds for denial but it's true and not just a nightmare... Our k1 visa application is DENIED.
