  1. Ok thank you all...we do have money just not enough for surgery. We just though if we adopted him to live here and went on my health insurance it would work out. His parents would allow us to keep him since his leg will get worse and may eventually not walk from it I don't know he walks now. We will try to see if we can get a charity to accept his expenses.

  2. My husband is Jamaican and a green card holder here in us. His brother who is 4 years old has Blount disease. It's where his leg is severely curved out. He's in pain and does need surgery where the leg will be broke and screwed back and Jamaican doctors suggested he get it donehere. We have no money to pay for the surgery and are wondering if it would be possible to adopt him to bring him here or any other way so he could get his surgery payed for?

  3. My husband didnt goto school at all he is straight country. Didn't know how towrite his own name or mine. They didn't understand him and had to have a jamican translator. He didn't even know his bday. he just had to sign his name. He was honest and said he don't know how to read or write they had to read everything to him they took all his paper work and took what they wanted and handed it back don't stress it

  4. I contacted my congressman last week due to my husbands aos being over time limit. The email she wrote to me said...

Below is the interim reply our office received in response to our inquiry on your behalf. Our office has been in contact the USCIS Local Field Office with your concerns. I will be in touch with you again as soon as I have something further to report.

After a review of our systems Form I-485 for Ryan was transferred to the USCIS local Field Office on 09/04/2013 for further processing. The NBC no longer has jurisdiction over this case. You will need to contact the local Field Office for further assistance. I hope this information helps.

How long after xlcase is transfered will he get a interview?

  5. I recieved a rfe letter and I am confused if they are asking for evidence from me or my cosponsor?

I dont get why they would want it from me if I have a cosponsor?

    The letter says:

The petitioner/sponsor's income on the Federal income tax return does not meet or exceed 125% of the povery guideline. The petitioner/sponsor lists their current income on Form I-864 as an amount yo be considered as sufficient; however, no evidence has been submitted as proof of current income.

Please submit evidence of the petitioner/sponsor's current income. Such evidence should include:

    Letter of employment

    Dates of employment

    Nature of job

    Wages or salary earned

    Number of hours worked

Prospects for future employment and advacment

Pay stubs or other doc. For previous 6 mths

    Evidence of other income

  6. Wouldn't it make sense that the call was made before they issued him a visa, their time lines indicates that a visa has been issued.

Plus there is no critera that says fhe beneficary should have a job, therefore this information would not have any bearing on the bene being offered a visa.

Yes could be a joke from the security saying the us called...

is this the hotel your staying at or did he work in a hotel and his coworker told him this?
