      Hi have you sent your paperwork back to USCIS as of yet? If so have you heard anything? I am responding to RFE. I received it January 12th. Am sending everything they are asking for tomorrow. Just wanted to know if it's going to take the entire 60 days for them to make a decision.

      Normal processing. Now you need to wait until they approve/deny your petition or ask for another RFE. :)

      Is it the first step of the filing? Is it going to take long?

      No, that means you forgot something in your initial petition. They mailed you a "Request for evidence", which you replied to. Now it just says they received your mail and that they are going to review it. Their decision can take few weeks and few months… Hope that helps!

    I got this info and dont know what it is On October 5, 2011, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of October 5, 2011, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
