Our household size is 4 and in line 18 from form I-864EZ is the Current Annual income of my father is $29,096.

hi. I'm just wondering if the the question in I-864EZ #18 the individual annual income of my father is $29,096. would this affect the poverty guidelines? I mean at the time of interview, would this also affect the income? Household size is 4.

I called last thursday morning Philippine time. And the lady operator said, they are still scheduling interview for june. I'm not sure if they are done scheduling now. My sister doesn't recieve an interview appointment, we have same priority date, i recieve mine on may 4.

I think she should have received by this time or wait until VB is published and call NVC. Is your sister's case been transferred to the local Consulate- if yes, why don't you try contacting the local consulate.

My sister's case is still at the nvc. I called nvc yesterday and the operator said " the visa is available but the appointment hasn't been scheduled". I hope we will recieve her appointment by this week.

My PD is septemeber 13, 2009 same as my sister.

I recieved my appointment letter last friday but mu sister hasn't recieve yet her appointment letter.

So worried that we are not in the same schedule of interview. I'm 18 years old and she is 15 years old.

My priority date was current last month. My pd is september13,2009. My case was complete last month because we submitted the ds230 and civil documents so late. I was praying that I will be scheduled an interview appointment this month.

Then you have no problem, seems as soon as you send in your NBI clearance your case would be complete already,

And NVC would schedule you for an interview as soon as possible, considering that your case would be current in the next VB,...

No they did not yet. They send me a checklist, they are only waiting for my NBI to complete my case. By the way i just turned 18 last march 7.

I did not work abroad or etc. i thought police clearance is enough hehe.

Were you able to provide NVC with an NBI clearance before,..?

If yes, you need to bring a new one on your interview,

If no, then what clearance did you submit to NVC,..?

You won't be put on the ''DOCUMENTARILY APPROVED'' list of NVC if your required docs are not complete,...

I just sent police clearnce. I applied for nbi this morning and the release will be on april 17. So as soon as my nbi released i will send immediately to the nvc.

What will happen to my priority date? Am i still be current even the month of april passed?

I don't know exactly when did my father recieve the NOA. What I just know is we paid the AOS FEE AND IV FEE last march 12 2012. We sent the ds230 and Aos yesterday. My priority date is September 13, 2009.
