I need to know why are you punishing us Pakistanis by keeping us apart from our loved ones its has been a year now that i am in AP i need to know how long ? do you even know about this inhumane practices that are going under your supervision ? or do you like to force people to live on the edge and become psychological cases ? please do replay as i need to know whats going ?

This is kash spouse of LPR. My wife petition for me when i was in UK couple of years ago. I lived in UK for almost 8 years that's why my case starts from LND. Now i have moved to Pakistan and i have change the embassy to ISB. At the time of DS-230 i have sent all supporting documents included UK Police certificate and Pakistan's Police certificate in July 2011 as per NVC requirement.

Now my question is at the time of interview do i need to obtain PCC of UK and Pakistan both? If yes then any idea how do i get UK Police Clearance in Pakistan?

hi how you doing we both are in the same situation i had my interview in dublin the i transfer my case to ISl now its more than one year that i hear nothing from ISl Embassy and i am worried that when i hear something from them are they going to ask for the new police certificates from all the places .i believe you can get a police clearance cert by writing to the Uk Embassy in ISL

i so disappointed that now i dont even want to write post its seems like we are unwanted it has been 1 year now that i am in ap and waiting and waiting :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

we called the dos today and got something new the gentleman told us that they are making a decision on the basis of papers we submitted i don't know whether they say this to all or our case is really moving forward. before this they only said its in ap any idea ?

we should all request Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy to make a documentry on the Islamabad embassy wrong doing and we all will help her by sharing our story.

I bet there is a complaint box inside the embassy probably hidden behind a vending machine. I can't say for sure about every government agency but majority of my professional career has been spent working government jobs and there is always a path or channel which complaints are to be directed . I can't say I agree with everyone's view of the interviewing agents as the bad guys, they also have to justify by documentation of opinion. We also have to take into account many years of abuse of the system. I personally met and know 3 very wonderful women whom were taken advantage of and left with broken hearts promises and children when the honesty of just wanting American citizenship...still makes me sick thinking of what kind of animal would do this but that's the reality of it all. Thanks to the few rotten apples the whole bunch suffer. Btw if anyone wants to take there anger out on this broken system I could accidently give you some addresses of people who broke it feel free to go ask them. : )

this is the sad reality if a normal marriage fails its nobody fault but if a marriage involving immigrant fails they say it was for immigration lol

my passport is with me i requested it for travel and i still have it do you think i should send it to them or wait until they ask for it please replay ?

they never give reasons for Ap its just a ghost which is hunting us

i was in the same situation i had my interview in Dublin but then i had to move to Pakistan after getting all the info i e mial Islamabad to request my file from Dublin and they transfered my file so the same advise goes for you write to the embassy in kabul to request your file from Islamabad

i am in AP and my passport is with me they will ask for it once they need it

we wrote to the congress man in the start of may and heard nothing from them ,then we called them and they told us that the embassy is not responding to their query and ask again to send them our details so that they can talk to the DOS we did that but heard nothing from them and when we call they person just don't want to talk with my fiancé.we call the DOS every day and get the one answer that its in AP.my interview was in September and all i know is that my case in is ap i dont even know what are they checking.we are now going to write to the senator and president obama to try to find out what is happening to our case .i am very very disappointed she had book her holidays for July and now she will be spending it without me i am so angry and pray that Allah never put anyone in such situation

there is a problem wit the system that's why so many of us are suffering i wish we can do something about it like run a petition or an on-line compain or some thing just to high light this problem i think i will have to write to a docomentry maker to highlight the issue and i hope everyone in administrative processing will be ready to be interviewed by the film maker . i am so tired of waiting and waiting i cant start a career over here cuz i know i will be leaving soon its just not fair
