Our countdown is exactly 1 week from today for the interview. I'm nervous because I met my fiance in the USA and he was illegally present. He never came with a visa either. Hoping it's not too big of an issue because he was not deported and left on his own free will. But he did work while in the USA.

But because Juarez doesn't deal with vaccinations at all for k1 applicants there shouldn't be any charge additional for vaccinations correct?

Before attending the medical exam do we need to print out any forms to sign before going to the exam or do they give out forms there? If we need forms what forms are they?

I have the appointment dates available to choose from, how many days should i expect my trip to take? If I understand correctly I need 1 day for interview, 1 day for doctors visit, 1 day to stop in at the consulate for them to check over my papers. So should I expect about 5 days-7 days?

Okay so we just need to make the payment and make the interview date, what if the interview date is after April?

It says on my NOA that it will expire April 2012, what is this notice for? Is this what I need to file after we get married? What if the date we get married is after April? I have yet to schedule visa interview.

Hi does anyone know if I should staple or glue photos where the forms are requesting them to be?

I don't need the I797? I thought this was the letter you were not suppose to loose because if you did you had to pay a big fee?

I (the petitioner) never filled taxes before because my fiance has always supported me. However I didn't see taxes being requested for the affidavit for my co sponsor, do I still need taxes even if the amount is well over without the income from job?

I don't think i will be able to get the birth certificate of myself for my fiance but I have my passport I can give him, do I really need the birth certificate?

Okay, what about on the form DS-156 it asks for a photo 50mm x 50 mm staple or glue on the form, what should I do about that?

I saw that my fiance needs to submit a few small photos about 2 in x 2 in of his face, anyone know how many pictures I should have total. I think I saw only 2. The forms that are requiring the photos should I glue them on before he goes to the interview?

They did tell me my package was there, back in early Jan. I filled out my DS-260 but before I can pay the extra fee for appointment it says to fill out DS-160.

On the package online it told me to fill out DS-260 and mentions nothing about 160...

When calling the phone number to make a payment it says I need to only pay after filling out form DS-160, I never psychically received a package with the information as to what to do next about my appointment or anything but they did receive our case in Juarez. I found a package online with a few pages of information about what I should be doing but it doesn't mention DS-160...

Can someone clear this up for me?

I see on the Juarez consulate that it says the fiance must bring in the appointment letter. I have a bad problem with my mail and wanted to know if I can get the copy of the appointment letter at the juarez consulate or through email.

My co sponsor makes over what the annual requirement is however they would like to put down everything, land, cars, life insurance... ext.
