Anyone out there file I - 130 in April (carlifornia Service Center) still waiting for NOA2. its over 6 Months now that I file. 1 month over the expected 5 month processing time. No NOA 2. No RFE, just worried and confused. I called National service Center not much of help. Anyone else out there in my situation??? pls advice

Any one that File I - 130 after March 16th 2012 and you still waiting for you NoA2. I called the Customer service today to find out about my petition filed on April 05. They claimed they are currentlly working on application received before/ on March 16 2012. any application received like a month period after march 16 2012 should wait for the next 30 days before contact they back or before they can expect any kind of approval in mail.

Hope this help a little for this long journey.

I send I - 130 back in April 1 2012. received Noa1 couple of days later. its has being 4 months( Now in August) I have not heard anything yet. No RFE (praying for none. I read lot of post that it usually takes about 5 month for Noa2. At the same time I read about people got thier Noa2 less than 5 month.

My questio: should I just wait for little more time or what can I do at this point. All the suggestion will highly appreciated

Any one know how to withdraw denied k-1 petition before it was send back to the state from foreign US embassy. I am ready to file for CR-1. Should I withdraw the k-petition first or just go ahead with CR-1

We were denied for K-1 visa in Feb 1. Reason for immigration purpose only.

Now before I left Nigeria we got married in the court (registry) now we are husband and wife getting ready to file for spouse visa CR1

Now my question we just find out on the marriage certificate that they wrote (single) on my status instead of Divorced. Because I was married before but divorced and have a divorce decree. Please advise should we go back and try to change the certificate of just file with what we get? Is that going to raise any issue on the day of interview?

Iam thinking about doing just that when ????? arrived back in the state

Fellow members. Myself and M????????? financee are really depresed and can not hold backs tears. We had our 2nd interview today we had lot of more evidence beside the one presented for 1st interview new pictures over 15o with other people in it. Emails chat' call log, greating cards. Question asked : how do we meet, marriage plan and how many kids we plan ???? have. She asked last time we saw each other she told her that iam outside and she answer all other question. ????? guess the co did not confused that iam relatioship is real because she was concern that we have same last name and from same state is the main reason for our visa denial pls advise we are confused about what ???? do next

We took lot of pictures alone and family member lot of recents yahoo mails, chat, call log and post cards since last interview back in nov. I will call the police and let them know all the treat. You have to protect yourself and your family. Get the police report that will help you. If the inteview letter set the appointment at 1pm in lagos Embassy. Did you still have to be there around 6am??

I guess it is very important to be ready for both either CO will stop where he left off. or it might start over if its a new CO.

Just have to get all they are requesting for and get ready. Remember all the answer you provided for the first interview, they might want to test you on the consistence of your answer. Good luck our second interview is coming up on Feb 1 2012 too.

yes we show all the pictures for the first interview. its about 40 pictures to include myself and my fiancee alone and with other people

Come by surprise I send e-mail to lagos Embassy last night. I wake up this morning its e-mail from Embassy sheldule 2nd interview for Feb 1 2012. The first interview we got form 221(1) requesting for more proof of relatioship to include but not limited( recent 1-2 month correspondent) pictures, post cards.

most especially her high school diploma.

we got her high school diploma handy and we have being sending more e-mail, chat on yahoo, I maile couple of post cards already to had to the numerous pages we have before.

Here is my question, I might not be able to make it to Nigeria to take more pictures before the interview.

Sshould we re- sscheldule or just re presented old pictures with all the new evidence we got.

My brother, for lagos get a co_sponsor. Those co will not even look at the letter. All point they will base decision on is that u dont make enough. Dont take a chance its will not roll with lag

You dont neef form 156 to scheldule interview. Lagos will take 2 _3 weeks before they respond to your email with interview date and package ad attachment. I will send them another e mail in about a week

Question for all my Vj family especially those pass through notorious lagos Embassy.

Any one with second interview experience after 1st interview CO asking for for pictures 1-2 recent correspondents and her high school diploma. what is the possibilty of getting a visa on second interview and chances of putting on AP. CO told my fiancee that she was satified with her answer to the question.

you can get one from National population commision in or go to your local Govt authority to get declaration of age
