  2. I've been reading so many sad stories. Breakups and tragedy. It seems many folks are forgetting the distance is temporary. However, I do think the distance makes you realize if you've made the right choice. Be strong my VJ people! Keep thinking positive and good things will come.

  3. The things on my mind today? Well it's Sunday and with Sunday brings the anticipation of a new week. I'm really believing we will receive that elusive NOA2 this week. We are at day 217 from NOA1. I did some studying on stats this weekend because.. well I love them, and see that the average amount of time from NOA1 to interview for Canadians that will be using the Vancouver Consulate is 225 days, But upon studing the numbers there are more people above that number than below so the t...

OMG is right... I would have been having heart palpitations. (not sure of the spelling on that one).. lol.. How will we actually react when that infamous NOA2 arrives? I'm not sure if we will get the hardcopy or the text/email first. If it's online I will call him at work, if it is the other he will have to call me after work...ARGHHHHH

  7. ok so this process is like going through the grieving process. There are a few different stages. Today I'm finally at the acceptance stage. Accept the fact I truly have no control whatsoever and what will be will. We have scraped all our tentative holiday plans and have decided to celebrate them all together when I finally make it home. Won't it be fun to decorate the Christmas tree in January (hopefully) instead of finding somewhere to recycle it? Our pumpkin which we were going to ...

  11. what's on my mind? I see May filers thread, June filers, July filers. Each have their separate cheering sections. Here I am a member of the April filers and am losing my hope. Frustration over flowing and waves of loneliness over take me. I know ours will be soon but so many goals are on hold and our lives are a limbo. Please let it be out turn soon.

I am getting so darned fed up with the crying gig. .. I mean for myself... I keep reading and researching because that is what brings me comfort. I need to know facts to calm my fears that have begun to seep into my mind. Because it seems to have been taking so long for our petition to be approved doubt is slowly creeping in. Wondering did we make a mistake is it because we aren't first timers to the marriage thing? Then I thought geeeez what if they don't like something in regards to...

this is true... it is so good we have so many people going through his process with us as they are the only ones who understand the difficulty of this process. But I also know that a few months of hell will be worth the heaven on the other side.

      thank you

      Terri
