That is crazy how long is taking someone told me every state is different and sometimes the bigger ones like Texas, California and Florida takes longer to process applications Mine is so tiny i guess there is not a lot of immigration here..

You know I think that the fact that they are treating your application as family member of a permanent resident instead of a citizen must be the reason why is taking so long.. just a thought...

Hi wbogard´s I came here with a B2 visa and then decided to get married after that I filed AOS and that is how I got approved for the GC. I never filed for K1 visa neither CR-1 visa
