  1. Hi.

My fiancé moved to a new apartment last week.
I guess he put all his paper works in the closet including all the paper works from the army and of course our RFE letters.

Now the problem there is that today, he saw that all the paper works got wet because there was some leakage in the closet.

Our RFE got wet and there was some purple color smeared all over it.

I told him to dry it out.. He said that it is still readable but disgusting looking.

    What should we do??
Do we have to call the USCIS and ask for another copy of RFE?
    Would that take long?
    :((

  2. Hello. Everyone again.

So, we already filled out the questions in G 325A but still confuse with one field.
It is the File Number to the right of Citizenship/Nationality.
    It says A.

I researched and some of them says put NONE. Some of them has answer(9 digits)
On our RFE letter we have

    A 201..... something in 9 digits
    EAC139..... something.

What does it mean? Did they gave us File Number before NOA2?
Because I read that you only get the Alien Registration Number when you get NOA2
Should I put the nine digit on the RFE starting with A on the File Number field?

  3. Don't forget to write on the pictures who is in them, where they were taken at and when.

YES. That's part of my plan too.

I had picture of my engagement party with people that I took an AFFIDAVIT FROM FRIENDS from.

We are very worried about this. We've been spending a lot of money here in Philippines rather than getting ourselves a house together in US. sad.png

THank you Greg n Veronica!!!! rose.gif

  4. Your statement is not too short, but your evidence is a little weak. If you can include boarding passes and a copy of the full passport ( noting which pages the entry and exit stamps are on), that would be much stronger than itineraries.

Oh... Yeah.. I forgot to put Passport stamps... yes. that is included..

We don't have boarding passes anymore and tickets unfortunately. My Fiancé has a habit of throwing everything while I was a pack rat.

So in short. We only have Passport stamps. :( and MAYBE a credit card history with the purchases of plane tickets and other things from Philippines.

    Thank you! :)

  5. As I've said before. I am trying to be careful now with our documents.
One of my RFE is a "Documentation of how we met"
I've been researching and there's no consistent way of doing this.
One says do it short the other were very detailed that it was a novel. Kinda.

So I've decided to put here what I have in mind. ( This is just the base. Not finish. I actually have nothing to put anymore. I have no idea anymore. My bran is blank.)

Anyone can add ideas to this?

I, (petitioner) and (beneficiary) met in the same High school in 2000 at Southern Rizal Institute, Philippines. We were always together since then. We went to the same college school and decided to live together in 2003. In 2006 I had to fly to USA and leave her at my dad's house.

Our last two years meeting includes

Aug- Sep 2011 - I flew back to Manila to meet her. (will insert picture of when he came, still in process in finding evidence for this trip.)

May 12- June 11, 2012 - I flew back to meet her for my Rest and Relaxation after being in deployment.
    (will attach itineraries, pictures, receipts)

July 16- Aug 9, 2012 - Went back once more to proposed and got engaged with her on July 21,2012
    (will attach itineraries, pictures, receipts)

This is all I want to send them.
What am I missing? And is this enough?? Isn't too short?
We are going to call the bank tomorrow and see if they can pull out my purchases history for the past 2 years.

THANK YOU!!! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL THE MOMS!!

  6. Don't forget to make copies of everything you send. Actually 2 copies is good, one for USC and one for you. After you receive NOA2, your fiancee should send you the copy of the packet and he will have a copy also for reference. Good for you for being so detailed.

You might want so summarize again what is being provided to see if the members here can give you any more advice. Everyone wants to help and see your RFE appoved to NOA2!

Yes. I am actually considering making 3 copies of everything. haha!

Thank you Takeo. I just want this to get done soon. So stressful.

    I have other post about G 325 A(only about G 325A).I

actually feel like I've been murdering this website with bunch of questions.

Everyday I think I post something stupid. lol.

I wanna read more from other who have the same questions but some of them are way way far to the end of the forums. And I need to make things faster and easier as possible with my research.

  7. I made a joke about Harpa beating me by one minute to a post.

Yes, you can download the G-325A from the link I provided, complete it, sign it, and then mail it to the US.

well.. even if he beats you by 1sec you were still very helpful. smile.png:)smile.png:)

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

also, the G-325 A that my fiancé have is out of date.. it says Expires on Aug 2012..

2012???!! we're like?? WHAT???? maybe he can also download the form in the link you provided because it expires 2015. smile.png

sigh** so everything else is original signature huh?! This is gonna take more days. :( ugh.

    Thank you Hypnosrose.gif

  8. All forms you submit to USCIS must contain original (non-photocopied, non-scanned) signatures. You can download a copy from here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=d7c84154d7b3d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD and complete it, but you will need to snail-mail it to your fiancé because of the signature issue.

    (Edit)

Harpa Timsah hits you for a critical attack post.

    You are defeated sad.png

Thank you! Will look at it now..

Meanwhile I don't get what you mean when you said that I am defeated?

  9. Must be original signature, also on the letter of intent. You should be able to print the form abroad, fill it in, and sent it to the US.

Ok. What about the form? Can I copy it from here or download it?

Or the G-325A has some unique number/ink/paper or something that cannot be copied?

SO everything is original signature from me?

I was thinking of scanning letter of intent with my signature and send them my passport copy that shows my signature.

  10. HI guys,

About the form G 325. I know that we need to fill them out. Both of us.
Well, my fiancé only has one form. ( he tried to call USCIS today but they were already close)

Well, I was thinking if we can do this?

    1. He's going to scan the form, send to me by email and I'll fill them out and send it back to him?
    2. OR I can download it anywhere. Print, scan and send it back to him with signature and date?

I don't know if G 325 are suppose to be unique form/ink that we can't copy or that it is downloadable for beneficiary that is living abroad.

  12. Copies are just fine.

And.....they don't care how long you have known each other (that was your msitake), for this part of the petiition they ONLY want to know that you have met in person once in the last two years. Detail ONLY one of those meetings.....nothing needed about when you were kids or of other meetings. Your information had them, obviously, thoroughly confused.

    Ok. Thanks. :)

  13. OP: They don't think you are a fraud, this is NOT what the RFE is about.

The RFE is because your initial package did not conform to the requirements. These items are required for everyone by law.

Think about this: You can't write a note on crayon that says "pwease let us have a fiance visa we are a real couple" and get approved, can you? You must fill out the proper paperwork and submit all the requirements. You missed photos, letter of intent, lots of things.

You have been given good advice about proof of meeting. Don't confuse proof of meeting in the last two years with proof of an ongoing relationship. A chatlog does not show that you met in the last two years, in fact it shows that you were apart.

    Thank you.

I was thinking of including a little chat history that involves him coming here in Philippines from FB, YM and Call chat in SKype for the "additional

    Information"

We are going to send copies of passport stamps ( we don't have the airline tickets anymore) and the credit card purchase history here in the Philippines.

What I want to know is I also found some receipts here(Philippines), Should I send the original to my fiancé or scan will do?

I feel like original are stronger but also I think that I need to keep the original copy to myself all the time for future references.

  14. Your real lucky you only got an RFE and nto a denial. Everything listed in clearly indicated in the instructions and if you Follow the Guides here.

    Yeah I think so too..

MY fiancé prepared all the papers that we sent. And I know he wasn't very detailed with everything because he is confident that they will not asked so much since we've been together for a long time and we had lots of pictures to prove that.

Now I am preparing the RFE. So I am being very detailed with everything.

That's why I am asking if we should send the original copy of his receipts (which is here right now in the Philippines) or just scan it.

But I wanted to make everything originals to make it strong evidence. I just keep hearing that we should always keep the original and send the copy.

    So I dunno...

  15. Yeah me too. I actually don't know why we got so many RFE. So we are trying to be more precise now and careful.
That's why I thought about including chat and call history.
I want to copy 1 chat every month. This is what I am thinking for additional information.
I am also going to ask my friends to write affidavit and relatives and get them sign it and include ID with their signatures.
At this point, I want to be make RFE as strong as possible. Because it seems like our evidence is not enough for them.

I want our RFE to be really strong and that they wouldn't find anything wrong about us.
I would be very disappointed. Because We've been together for a long time for them to think we are fraud.
But I know It is really up to us to prove them that we deserve this petition.

The most annoying part is that its been a long time and my fiancé didn't keep his tickets/receipts.. I am going to try to find receipts now here. But he had the itinerary and passport stamps of course.
hopefully I get a receipts that's pretty solid to include...

    :( sigh....

  16. Hi Everyone!!

I am going through all my chats with my fiancé in fb, YM and Skype all the way back to 2010..
And I'm taking screen shots of everything that we had talking about him coming over.
He came over 3 times for the last two years before we sent them our petition.

I just wanna know if they are strong or considered as primary evidence??
Because this is a lot of shots! I don't want to molest the immigration with all of our chat logs and calls and they wouldn't even consider them....
