    Called the NVC they sent it to the consulate on Feb 7th but neither of us have recieved information on how to proceed or a letter saying that it was sent or has arrived in Germany... getting kinda agrivated now.

    Should I be worried that I haven't heard anything from the NVC yet? It's been 40 days since the NOA2.

      Did you call them? You have to call and talk to an operator, with your USCIS receipt number they'll be able to tell you if your case was received, if a case number was assigned, and if it was sent yet to your embassy.

      I called today and they said it was sent on Feb 7th but we never received an email or anything in the mail telling us that it was sent to the consulate or that the consulate received it. I am starting to freak out that we are not getting any information from them anymore and the visa will be put on hold until they can find it... wherever it is.

    Called USCIS today... They say California is processing Applications before August 13th, or something like that... If that's true how are people in September getting the NOA2 already?

      August 13th was what they told me the K-1 process was on. But I got my NOA2 today :D So they must be further than that :)

    How are all these CSC dates in September getting approved for NOA2 if I got my NOA1 in August???? It makes no sense!!!!!

    Tomorrow is Day 150: NOA2 still not obtained. Visa Journey says CSC is processing files for Aug. 13... hopefully soon they will get to the 25th... please :(

      I know the feeling but VJ doesn't say the same as USCIS, I called on Thursday and they were still working in June 16th petitions and told me to call back in 49 days...but I do t believe this to be true our 6 months will be in a couple of weeks, I will call back if nothing I will contact congress...this is so ridiculous.

    Day 144: Don't feel any closer to the NOA2... Feeling discouraged today. I'm starting another semester of school knowing this hasn't progressed and it makes me extremely upset that I have to endure another 17 weeks of school without his direct emotional support.

      Ohh girlll! It seems we are in the same boat, I start school today and this is my last semester I graduate in May and I want him to be here for that, and to put the cherry on top I have not seen him in 6 months. Uggghhh. Yesterday wa our 161 day....HOPEFULLY soon!

      I'm getting ridiculously impatient. Every time a day progresses the estimated time goes back 2 more days... It's like chasing the impossible :(

      I have a good vibe my NOA2 is coming to me early next week. I think y'all guys will get yours after me :) Very positive here..should be. Remember the law of attraction. Just picture out what you want to happen, it will happen :)
