Hey VJ Crew is it normal for our application on the USCIS site for the I-485 to still be at the Acceptance Stage from the date we sent it being August 17,2012??

Hey VJ Fam, Can my Fiance take his learner's permit now, or would it expire when the I-94 expires? So should I just wait till after it expires, so that it won't be a temporary permit? .

Update: HE PASSED THE PERMIT TEST!! WOO-HOO!!!! After preparing with about 100 index cards, and studying all week.. He PASSED!! So happy :-)

Domex called about 15 minutes ago....Visa is ready to be picked up. Tommorrow we go to the capital to get it!!!

Visa in hand. POE Sunday thru Orlando

Hello everyone! Things are going great with the new baby and family. In fact we are surprising her family and heading to santiago tomorrow. Hope everyone is well.

i sent a dhs 7001 form to dhs this morning and got a response this afternoon that i will receive an noa within 30 days

Despite the ups & downs of adjusting, hubby got his driver's permit on Saturday w/out filing for AOS. Going for his license in two weeks

Exactly one week from today I leave for DR. Exactly 11 days from today we have our interview. Seems too surreal! Have LOTS to do to prepare!

POE was nice and easy!! But I have one concern.. For some reason on her I-94 it has my father in laws info and not hers. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed???
