Sent ROC packet on 02/04/2015, check cashed on 02/11/2015 and received NOA1 on 02/13/2015. Still waiting on Biometrics letter..

Hey Mr.Tee12, would you happen to have a checklist for the ROC? I wanna give myself a head start and do as much as I can now even though I'm a whole year ahead of myself.

2 Quick question for all of you with the I-130 exp: At what point when filing the I-130 do you submit the I-693, I-765 & I-131? Do you submit the I-130 with the I-485,I-864?

You will just need to fill out the I-130, after submit the supporting document as you did with the I-129F, citizenship, etc... once the petition is approve you will have to submitted AOS (affidavit of support, and DS230 and pay the visa fee $80.00 for the aos, 230 for IV), that is it as far as submitting for goes, make sure to send a copy of marriage cert. I believe the forms you mention are for those who are already in the states and married and are adjusting there status.

#######.... No status update for my husband (K1) on the USCIS site.. It's still at the Acceptance stage & my step daughter (K2) has already had her biometrics taken and her cases are not even coming up on the USCIS. SMFH how much longer will this take damn....

Finally received the infamous text/email they have received the K2 AOS Packet!! Hoping for a March or early April Biometrics Appt so we can plan our much needed vacation..

Hey luv, All is well on my end. Gald your enjoying yourself down there wish I could have been there too. Haven't even begun with the move process we're still back and forth with it. We'll catch up on that once your back in the states.

Hey VJ Crew is it normal for our application on the USCIS site for the I-485 to still be at the Acceptance Stage from the date we sent it being August 17,2012??
