Things are not really looking good in this relationship. I don't know where it is headed!

So....I contacted immigration and they told me they have not reviewed the case and that the case may even expire before they review it. They also said that I could file another petition. We are preparing for a wedding next year in March. I'm not going to wait until they send me a notice saying that it has expired.

Well, everyone the moment we've been waiting for..........*drumroll*, Sept. 18th is the date of interview. WOO-SAH!! God help us cause I'm so shocked I dont even know where to begin with quizzing him on stuff about me. Smh! My senses will come back in like 48 hours. Lol.

Well the interview date is fast approaching on July 27th I will be leaving to join my Boo for his interview. I am counting the days. On the morning of July the 30th the lord will extend his hands from the heavens and touch the shoulder of the CO that is interviewing my husband and our lives will be forever changed... This my prayer. It my blessing i claim it I own it. IT SHALL BE

Friends dont discourage, but encourage. Regardless of what my fiance and I go thru, we always work thru and resolve our problems. I cant have no one in my circle that will try to discourage me.

This is good to hear Olami. It was devastating for us when they did not approve our petition. My fiance's interview date was Jan 30th. A few weeks ago, they sent me a message saying that the petition had arrived back in US. So now we are playing the waiting game. We have been praying that we get the same news as you did. Congratulations. It is always good to hear good news.

I received a text message last week that said the petition was back in the hands of USCIS vermont service center. Hopefully they will affirm the approval and send it back to the Embassy with another interview date.

Today was my fiance's interview date May 8, 2012 at 7am and the interview went well. Whatever the consulate official asked for in the paperwork my fiance supplied. At the end of the interview my fiance was smiling and the official stamped the document denied and wrote a letter to Homeland Security saying Evidence indicates that this relationship was entered into for immigrant purposes !

Thanks a lot. I really appreciate your comforting words. I think with some ppl, it has to do a lot with pride and they walk in ignorance instead of wisdom. I try to tell my fiance to keep those HATERS out of his ears. They whisper lies and deceit. All of those that have come to me for advice on this site and others that I know personally, I have not given any discouragement. I have encouraged time after time. It just shows me who I can and can not trust.

AOS Application mailed off today.. Let the 2nd leg of this journey begin!

Visa Approved.It was more of argumentative interview and God saw me through.The CO only asked me for my pictures and my wedding plans.He didn't asked for call records and email cos our initial application was loaded with evidences.Can't wait to join my Fiancee.
