It is hard to write a review from my standpoint as I was not there, and of course am emotionally vested. So, I will write this, based on the written account of my husbands interview that he sent me. I did forward his account to my local Congressman's office already.
On the day of my interview, As the guy called my name and i saw me stood up and he started laughing, I don't know why, But that was what he was doing, On getting to him, I greeted him and he said hello, Then he show me my application form and ask me to sign at the back, Which i did, He then he said that going with all the document that i have here with him, He have everything he needed and that my document are complete and good, Then he make mention of their ideal over there, Which is that going between the age different between the both of us he is not comfortable and then he ask me if i have any other prove with him that i can share with him, Yes i told him, I now show him our wedding picture plus the picture we took on the day of my birthday together with my family.
Then he look is all over and brought out a particular one where you and beauren are which you brought down to me as my birthday gift when you come over, He ask who is the boy and i answer he is your son and my stepson and he return the picture back to me.
He then look at me and ask how is it possible for me to love a woman that is 12 year older that me, Which i told him age as nothing to do when it come to relationship, He ask what i do for living, I told him that i am a treader that i trade laptop and phone, He then ask if i own the office, Which i answer the office is share between myself and my friend and he ask where is the office located and i told him Ikeja Lagos, Then he ask where do i live and i answer akowonjo lagos, Then he ask if i have any kids for now, I said no, He ask if i will love to have kids with you and i said yes then he said what if you can have a kids anymore do i have a problem with that, And i answer him and said first you are not the one that give kids it God so i don't have issue with it and i believe you will.
He ask that was my family happy to see you? I told him that he can see the picture i just show him now that say it all, And he said yes their were all happy in these picture, It was then he ask me what make me fall in love with you, Which i told him and my answer to him is simple which is the truth about my reason, I told you that, You are always supporting me with your word,You take your time to know me for who i really am, You know where i am not perfect, You are always there for me no matter what, You just need to listen to my voice on the phone and you can tell if i am happy or not and when you see me on the cam you can easily tell if i am happy or not, Then he ask me if we do video chat which said yes and he said OK, And all along why that interview last, He was just laughing, I don't know why but that is what he was doing, I was waiting for him to ask me to tell him what i know about you, Which he never do so i just keep calm to myself, It was then he ask me if i have any other thing to show him and i said yes i have phone record and he said he have that already.
He then turn over and talk with a black lady in her back, I don't know what their where talking about, But their were both looking at me and laughing, After a moment he walk away and return not too long and he told me that, He feel only i want this relationship for relocation only, He said he knows that you love me but he don't think i love you, And i told you that, That is not truth, How can you say a thing like that, Then said he saw a picture where i have tattoo on me and ask who is that? And i answer it your face on me, Then ask where is it at? My hand or where, Then i said my shoder and i ask me do i have more picture of that which i can show him and i said it there yes i do but it is in my phone and that my phone is in the car, Because phone is not allowed to bring in to the interview then he said OK
And he said again that he don't believe i love you, That he is going to give me a letter right now explaining is point and after that we will talk about it one on one and i said OK, And i ask him can i seat down while he type the letter in the hope when he is done typing the letter he will give it to me and read and he will take me to somewhere else to interview me foreword and when he was done, I walk to him and he gave me the letter and said that he can give me the visa because the reason he give and i can you can apple it if you like and he return my passport back to me and i leave.
That is my husbands account. Clearly it is in our minds, that this man's mind was made up before speaking to my husband. And as for the laughing of the CO throughout the entire interview, I am appalled by it! It was disrespectful towards my husband. My thoughts on this are going to be a very poor experience based on my husbands account to how this interview went down, strictly due to the laughter and responses made indicating that his mind was already made up.

We will post detailed and accurate information on visa requirements and application procedures on every Embassy and Consulate website.
We will provide information on nonimmigrant appointment waiting times at every Embassy and Consulate posted on http://travel.state.gov.
We will explain the reason for any visa denial to you.
It is these two that irritate me most as I feel they were not in accordance to their own statement:
We will treat you with dignity and respect, even if we are unable to grant you a visa. (laughing at an applicant, from the beginning to the end of an interview, and saying something to another officer and laughing about it, IS NOT treating my husband with respect and dignity!)
We will treat you as an individual and your case as unique. (stating it is their idea that such an age difference reflects relocation purposes only, IS NOT treating my husband as an individual or our case as unique! It is lumping it together as what YOU wish to think, regardless of the proof in front of you.)
